We’re screening Adaptation. (2002), starring Nicolas Cage as twin brothers — one of whom is spiraling into frustration while struggling to adapt Susan Orlean’s The Orchid Thief into a screenplay.

The evening will feature a presentation on Alabama’s rare plants by PATRICK THOMPSON, the Davis Arboretum’s Curator of Special Collections and a coordinator of the Alabama Plant Conservation Alliance.

Before the talk, enjoy an orchid exhibit from the Alabama Orchid Society and a pop-up botanical book sale from Auburn Oil Booksellers, plus the chance to win a rare plant arrangement!
